We Represent the Lollipop Kids

| June 18, 2004

Now c’mon, Ben looks like one of the lil folks in “The Wizard Of Oz” doesn’t he? You can see Sunshine attacking me in the background as I try to re-shoe after exiting the “Bouncer”.

Craft Time

| June 18, 2004

Keep the kids busy and having fun by working with household items to build cool crafts. More 3-year-old birthday fun.

Lucas and Sunshine

| June 18, 2004

Sunshine is doing much better around the little folk these days. It must be tough to be 100lbs. and an eager ball chaser with the liability of little people running around your backyard.

Abby and Keeley

| June 18, 2004

I always feel the need to reiterate this: Abs and Keeley were born ~4 weeks apart and lived just a few blocks away. Keeley’s Dad and I have known each other since High School so it has been a special relationship and (from Abby’s side at least) they are best friends. This is the two [...]

Dangerous Pancakes

| June 18, 2004

Just to be safe, we better keep the gear on, in case the pancakes object to gnashing or syrup dunking.

Another Look

| June 18, 2004

Still geared up. I was considering a wrap in that bubbly shipping material as a replacement for all of this gear but then we’d have a choking hazard wouldn’t we?

Safety First

| June 18, 2004

We never had helmets or knee pads when we were growing up but in SoCal, if your kid is biking or scootering around, you better have them geared up or you could end up with a visit from Child Services.

I’m a Big Kid!

| June 18, 2004

The older children in the neighborhood have little scooters and she has wanted one for quite some time. Now she can hang with the big kids.

Happy With Waffles

| June 18, 2004

This morning, the day before Abigail’s birthday, she was unusually happy to be having waffles and getting ready to go to school. She and Kerri made cupcakes and cookies the night before so Abs could share them with her classmates in celebration of her upcoming B-Day. She plowed through breakfast at record speed and hung [...]

Grime Test

| June 17, 2004

I’m actually just testing a feature of Blogware right now and apparently chose the worst picture quality from my file system. Grubby hand marks on the glass, yogurt spilled on Abby’s PJs and red eye that’s out of control.
