A while back competition for cable TV and net access was removed from my area when Adelphia bought out Verizon's cable venture. Since then my net connectivity has gone downhill - What is Adelphia's incentive to improve service when there is no competition left (where I live)? Oh yeah, got a notice last week that my fees are increasing for TV and access... woohoo! Where to go? To hell as far as Adelphia is concerned.

My garage is back in decent shape. I have a full-size Chevy truck stacked with stuff that I was finally able to let go of, some things having been carted around for the last 10 years. Tomorrow will be dump day for me but tonight, I'm watching the second half of the late game in a nice clean, roomy spot - A place I'm once again proud to call "The Man's Room". C'mon over for a game of pool or a fresh beer from the tap.:)

Good side news: I see that Green Bay handled the Buc's without too much trouble. I'm a bit torn because I really like Gruden but the Packers trump that feeling. Great Sunday!

My garage is in dire need of attention. My dog hangs out with me most of the time and finds it appropriate to store his excess hair in here. I'm taking everything out of here, doing a deep clean and then putting everything back in a nice organized manner. I hate this sort of task but the end result should prove to make the task worthwile. And heck, I'll have football on in the background so it won't be terribly painful. My wife and daughter will be in the South Bay visiting with my sister and and her daughter so I'm on my own and on my honor to not sit back and drink beer all day when I should be cleaning. I'll letcha know how it turns out.
