Tom’s Garage

Darin and some other neighbors went ocean fishing last week and they all “limited out” meaning, they had plenty of fish to bring home. Matt cooked up a bunch of it last week but the neighbors got together with what was left and put on a really nice dinner.

I ended up having white sea bass and barracuda. Barracuda! That is my new favorite fish (to eat)… it was insanely tasty with the perfect measure of fishy/not-so-fishy flavor. It did seem a bit weird to be eating barracuda, kinda like a seal sitting down for a plate of nicely prepared great white shark. I’m not quite sure if I’ll see the opportunity to eat barracuda again but if I find myself in such a spot I’ll order two plates.
