Bee Careful Ben
Well, it finally happened… Ben got stung by a bee. We have a bunch of Red Apple (a type of ice plant) on one side of our house and the little honey bees love to hang out and jack the flowers for nector. Ben also like to hang out there and play with the bees — He tries to grab them or jam them into the flowers. He’s been lucky in the past, having caught several bees but never having been stung. Today he got it, right on the tip of his little finger (or as I like to call it, his nose probe). Time to watch and see if he has an allergy to the venom. I wish I had an Epi Pen on hand.:)
