Don’t sqeeze the fruit
A new label is being tested which should display just how ripe a piece of fruit is according to New Scientist. Ideally folks will no longer have to squeeze their fruit to see if it is at the right stage before buying. The color of these labels change as the fruit ripens. Pretty cool. I wish I could put one of these on my wife’s tummy to get a real feel for when our new little guy is going to pop out. He is due February 9th, 2004 but one never knows just how “ripe” Kerri is today.
